SHIPPING INFORMATION

NOTE - We ship knives to destinations in the United States only.  If you are in a country outside of the United States, please purchase our knives from one of our Authorized Dealers that service your area.

KNIVES - Shipping & Insurance expense on knives is a flat rate of $10.00 regardless of the quantity of knives you purchase. Knives are shipped via US Postal Service, First Class Mail, insured for the purchase price.

MERCH - Products in our Merch category are offered with Free Shipping.

ACCESSORIES - Products in this category are available World Wide.  Packages are shipped USPS First Class mail.  Rates are actual calculated shipping rates.  There is an additional small handling fee included in your rate to offset packaging and fulfillment expenses.  

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the carrier notes your item as delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all of the packaging.  That means the knife can not be carried in a slip and/or in your pocket. It can not be used in any way to cut anything.  The handle material must be free from stains, and the metal must be free from scratches. The knife and packaging cannot be damaged.  

You may remove the knife from the packaging for inspection, which is the extent of the allowable use if a return is desired.

To start a return, please contact us at support@jackwolfknives.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
